I don't recommend it.
Suspension lift is the way to go.

I am with Vile. Its worth the extra money for the suspension lift.
As far a installing them its pretty easy as long as all your body bolts don't fight you.

I'd go with a suspension lift. Lifting the body just gives you tire clearence and no extra ground
clearence. Plus it makes the frame visable depending on how high you go.

Not to mention you'll need to raise your bumpers also or it will look awful.

A body lift will give you ground clearance.
Body lift = bigger tires = more ground clearance.

the suspension kit that i want is that ORD complete suspension lift without blocks but i think they only make it up to 6 inches. my goal is to run 44s and dont think the 6 inches would clear them tires.

and theres nothing wrong with using blocks in the rear. I'd use blocks b4 a body lift any day

If you want to run 44's you'll need more than 6"s of lift I used a superlift 12" it comes with 12" front springs and 8 1/2" rear springs and a 3 1/2" block but I still needed a 3" body lift to clear the tires you could cut the fender wells and put flares on but I didn't like the idea of cutting my fenders in tight turns I could still hit the insde fenders. Vile's right though you have to raise the bumpers it don't look right if you don't as far as the install its pretty simple.
