The pig went on at 3pm.  5hrs hickery smoke then 19hrs cook time.

Work's great !!! Look for a dealer near you in the dealer section. Lots of online support in the forum and great people that can help with any questions. I got the 6 rack but they also have a 4 rack.

After 23hrs the pig is out of the smoker and is now at TTC (tinfoil, towel, cooler) for 2 hrs, Just gota pull it and eat it.

I don't think we got pics of us eating it, but MAN those things were HUGE!!!  I will probably be eating barbeque pork sandwiches for a week!  It tasted great too!
