sorry it' been a while since my last post. i am now living in north west Arkansas. my burb preformed very well, only one hick-up in Wyoming. my temp gauge wasn't working when i left, on one of the passes it moved up and on then down. on the second day after a long pull the temp gauge moved up and then down, then went past hot. got off on the next exit and checked the rad. it burped and spert, the over flow bottle was full. i moved the truck to face the wind and shut it down. looked again and the lower hose was colapsed and the upper hose was starting to. then everthing went back to normal. checked the overflow bottle and it was empty, opened the cap. and it was low. added 3/4 gal. to rad. rest in overflow. temp gauge went to half and staid there. now it works fine go fig. its good to be back

It sounds like your coolant wasn't flowing. Are you sure the thermostat is working ok?

Gotta love Wyoming, the wind and more wind. Glad you made it to your destination.
