I'll skip the 'declining language' rant, ISTM that Craigslist has more that its fair share of drooling morons :(
It can be *incredibly* frustrating to wade through the badly written and sometimes actively clueless ads looking for things.....
Give Brain Trust here *some* credit, he/she included an actual phone number so there is a fair chance of actually contacting them  :-\
