This is kind of a weird question...
« on: July 03, 2008, 12:00:46 am »
Does anyone know if there is a place that makes off-road white wall tires. I've decided to go a different route with my truck and I want to make it into a 4x4 rat rod style truck. but I need a place that makes 33" or larger white wall tires or at least a way to make black tires have white walls, and I don't think regular paint will work. So any help?

coker has some that are 30.75" with R15 and White walls, but they're not off-road tires which means I'd have to be changing out tires any time I wanted to go off-road...I need something with off-road tread and white walls, or a what to make some off-road tires look like that...

Some Companies offer thin band whites on truck tires, but generally not for off-road use....   Tire Companies offer White Letter tires for those Off Roaders that like White Styling....

I'm sure you can have them custom made but they'd be a pretty penny and look pretty silly I would think.

Custome might be the way to go, I found some 31" high ones, not for off-road but at least the truck would sit almost as high as it does now. I'm not really going for off-road anymore I'd be willing to change back and forth from off-road tires and rims, to a set of whitewalls with their own seperate rims. I just need to find some that are 33" high though...

just google custom whitewall tires and email everyone that makes them.
