82 gmc short wide bed/ steel tilt

can any one help me, i need to fined something to show me how to do this in detail.using my own clip.

don't know what happened. i want to tilt the front end.

i want to do it simple, no gadgets. strait forward.

I think he wants to fabricate the front end to tilt...just a guess out of the vague post... ???
