What size tires and what rim specs are you planning on running? Generally, you should be ok.
305/40/R22 and 265/35/R22 - Falken S/TZ-04 High Performance Tires
305mm =12" wide40 = 40% aspect ratio ( 40% of 12") = 4.8" sidewall height22 = rim diameterOverall height = 31.6" (roughly)265/35/22 = 10.4" wide/ 3.6" high/ on 22" rim. Overall height = 29.2"In my opinion, the 305' are going to be on the extreme side of wide for an 9" rim. In addition, they won't fit the front without rubbing. The 265's are much better suited, but you need the wheels to be about 5-5.5" Backspacing for them to fit and not hit the fender lip in the front. Are you going with the same size all around or.....
Backspacing is the distance from the back of the rim to the hub mounting flange on the rim. Offset is the distance the mounting flange is from the center of the rim.* here's an image that might help
call them and make sure...they have the backspacing you want. These trucks look ridiculous when the wheels are tucked way in like they were from the factory. You may even want more of an offset in the rear. I suggest you add where you want it to be to your existing wheels and then see if they have anything close.
You need to break out the tape measure and make some measurements. Sounds like their specs are in mm so just use a conversion calculator from your tape measure. http://www.worldwidemetric.com/metcal.htm
