What Posi unit can i used

Currently I have 79 Chevy Swb with a 454 swap. i want to know what kind of rear end can i beef up with. Or should i buy a new unit for the one i have instead of lookin

What is your existing rear end? 12 bolt? what gear ratio? If you have a decent gear ratio already then just get a posi carrier.
