carburetor issue

I have a 670 street avenger holley and original quad which carb is better as far as performance and durability.

The quadrajet is a great carb. You may need an adapter to get the holley on your manifold. If it's a stock or near stock engine, a stock q-jet is best, while you start moving away from stock, a holley's easier tuneability comes into play. Although if you dial in the quadrajet for the new engine, you get better fuel mileage and it'll be more on than the holley.

If you are using a stock spreadbore manifold stick with the Q-jet; adapters kill power.

Is it one of those manifolds with a dual patteren (ie, you could go spreadbore or squarebore). If it's a dual one, and you want to use a squarebore, there's a little plate thing you may need to get the combo sealed up.

That holley street avenger i have the electric choke is broken the blk plastic part. Is there anyway i can still use as it was manual choke

you may have to research you carb more and go by the style. they may not list your exact model. You'll need to know what series carb you got, i.e. 4150 or whatever it is. I'm sorry I'm not familiar enough with holley to tell you off the top of my head. I'm sure a quick call to summit and they will be able to hook you up no problem.
