Delay Wipers

I have an 86 Shorty and my delay wipers are not working. I replaced the wiper motor and they still don't work.Is there a module mounted somewhere that controls the delay on the wipers that I can check?

with wiper switch on, are you getting voltage to the wiper motor wire?  If not, check switch or fuse.

Yeah the wipers work fine when their on,it is the delay part of it thats not working. I was told that their was a delay module mounted somewhere.
