Cab mounting bolts?

Hey guys,
I am installing new cab mount bushings, and was wondering if anyone knew offhand what size the blind nut is in the channel in the cab.
They seem to be 1/2" diameter, but a 1/2-NC bolt doesn't want to start very well. This is a replacement cab, and is off a 2wd, mid seventies rig. I removed the old cab, and threw the bolts a couple of years ago, so I have nothing to compare to.
I don't need the length measurement, just diameter & pitch.
Thank you in advance for your help, I thought it would be worth asking before trying to chase the threads.

IIRC they're standard 1/2-13 (I'll double check the pitch when it gets light).

Thanks, guys.
Donut, that's what I thought too. They may be messed up from the condition the bolts were in when they were removed, along with sandblasting, paint, etc. I just didn't want to use the wrong tap to clean them.
Vile, I appreciate it. I will be checking back to see what you find.

I appreciate the posts, guys. Thank you very much. Now I can stop at the hardware store on the way home and pick up some hardware (with confidence).
