Rearend Swap

Has any one done a rearend swap from drum brakes to disc? My truck is a 76 model. If so what rearend did u use?

Need allot more info. 2 wheel, 4 wheel drive? 1/2, 3/4, 1 ton?
There are some kits you can buy to upgrade to rear discs. I know a few guys that have made the brackets and used front discs and calipers.

Im buiding a 79 2wd and i looked into doing a full axle swap, the only thing is there isnt a ton of cars with the 5x5 bolt pattern. and my 12 bolt is in good shape so im going with the conversion.
