I personally would've skinned the roof off a bfew inches from the edges, then all you have to do is trim it down a lil to fit...and not have to weld through the center of the roof...just my opinion though
other than that the truck is lookin really good man.

Not a bad idea but the roof gets larger not smaller. It still may have been an easier method but I thought of it too late.

Got the cab back on the frame and threw the fenders on real quick to see how it looked.

Today I finished all the welding on the outside of the cab (except the doors) and got started on the inside. At the end of the day I threw the seat in to check headroom and noticed the rear window was right at the top of the seat. I didn't plan to run the factory bench but I think it may look too good not to.

No new pictures but I finished all the welding/grinding on the cab today. I seam sealed all the welds inside the cab and after Christmas I will get started on the body work.
