There was a guy here in town with a direct application 4" lift for his truck.  I don't know where he got it or if you can still get it though.  I didn't really like the looks of the coil spring angles on it.

Fabtech makes one. I think Capt found the link to it one time. I have a 2 or 3 inch a-arm kit.

There isn't anything for a 3/4T truck as far are a "lift" kit.  I doubt you could find anything cheaper than $550 for any kit though.

You could use taller springs in the front, or contact AIM Industries and see if they would make you a lift spindle.  They used to make them for 1/2T trucks.

My original plans for these were for a 3/4 ton. The main difference is the upper ball joints. I was going to put on a 3/4 ton. I was going to machine the sockets to accept the 3/4 ton ball joints and beef up the area to re-enforce the area. Should work, but will take some machine work

Gold84...I got 2.5" lift in the front by installing C30 HD Coils.  I bought them at Advance Auto Parts for around $100.  I had to replace the springs anyway, since my left was sagging pretty badly.  They go in pretty easily...no need for spring compressors, etc...it's definitely a two man job though.

I lifted the rear 2" with some crappy blocks for the time being, later on I'm planning on putting in the corresponding C30 HD leafs if I can find them.

The truck still sits about .5" higher in the rear than in the front, but thats how I like it.

BTW, you'll have to replace your shocks with "lift kit" type shocks.  My truck is VERY tight and still a little bouncy, but rides much better than it did with the sag...

The whole project (minus the shocks) set me back $130 or so...

I got about 2inches of lift on mine.  Here's my thread about it, look about half way down the page.
