Well i believe a 10.5 would be more "economical" or better fit but a 12.5 would look better.

they all look very nice! i will prob just find a set of used 31 or 33s prefer 33s since i plan on a 14bolt and dana60 within the next year and ill just be doing this all over again lol. my current 31s are pretty worn and dryrotted also missmatched. i need something to drive this winter since the lil lady will most likely have my yukon.

IMO if your gonging to only use 33's and i don't think your be doing allot of mudding i would stick to a Dana 40, save some money

If you don't plan to do alot of wheeling the stock ones are fine.
Irish, I assume you meant Dana 44?  It is basically the same as the corporate 10bolt, so there is no need to swap.

well the future plans for this truck (hopefully within the year) it will get a lil more lift and a new motor and i plan to do a few street class pulls a year in local fairs and such and dont want to be braking the stock 1/2ton stuff and replacing all the time. for now i just need something to get me through the winter or untill i begin the swap!

I would stick with what you have and save up for the D60/14B then.
BTW, you can use a 14B in front, you just have to build it.  Crane Hi Clearance makes the parts for them.  http://www.cranehiclearance.com/

33/10.50s would be cheaper but 33/12.50 will look much better for sure with that much lift,  since a 4inch 35s rub when turned.  There are many alternatives tho some cut the corners off the front fenders and run 33s stock and 35s with a 2inch but they look a lil stuffed....  I did the d60/14ff on my swb with 39s and it was the best choice ever, take the time and rebuild the 60( king pins, bearings, seals) maybe even invest in detroit lockers they mite help pulling like you spoke about.  A good choice in durable tires when you go bigger would be ground hawg radials they work and last on the street,  6inch lift with 35s sounds good............
