Correct pinion angle for a flipped rear?
« on: May 02, 2010, 09:34:40 am »
Good morning, Does anyone know what the correct pinion angle needs to be for an '82 SWB with a flipped rear?  I've got a custom 4" built all aluminum drive shaft that I'll be running...and I want top make sure that nothing is in a bind at all.

THANKS,

Brian

Yes, the rear was flipped using two "off brand" Ebay Special U shaped brackets.

The motor will be solid mounted....and a Poly trans mount (since the first link you posted suggested that mounting points made a difference in rearend movement)
