Keep in mind this is a proof before they are injection molded.  So.. They are basically 3 butted together as the current printer won't print the whole piece at once.  All the triples have been like this.

LOL not until they get the cad file and start on tooling.  It will be less than the $500 apiece I am paying for the POC's.

     Are these only going to be 3 pod or will they be available in single or double also ?

Personally I am very happy you are going to be selling triples but would it be possible for someone to cut a triple into a single and a double (or three singles)? It seems like it might work for those guys who don't need/want a triple.

It is possible to cut them off, but keep in mind all 3 pods have different angles and the pillar curves and narrows as it goes up.  So you won't be able to use the top one in the bottom slot and it fit and angle correctly.
I won't be selling them any other way than triple setup.

Last and final questions..
1) currently these are sized to fit Autometer gauges of 2-1/16, that means others won't slip in and be held.  Should I make is smaller and have a step in it on where to trim to for the Autometers or just make it fit and anyone using other generic gauges have to use the clamp set?  (many people don't clamp these)
2) Is everyone going to be drilling holes in their pillar to route the wiring/hoses?
3) How is everyone planning on attaching these?

I am ready to fire the trigger on this and this is how I planned to go about it.
1) make it fit the Autometer body
2) drill a pass through hole if required in the pillar or for wiring wrap it under
3) I plan to permanently mount mine with either epoxy or plastic weld.

Imo they should be where you can mount other brands of gauges also. (Trim to fit)

Keep in mind these will fit any normal 2-1/16" gauge as it is.  For some cheaper generic gauges it will require the use of the retaining bracket.

I'm still excited about these. Thanks for continuing to work on them. I'm probably going to be using Speedhut gauges but I have no idea if they are slightly undersized, slightly oversized, or the same as autometer. Their website says this: "Fits into 2.062" (52mm) dash hole. A thin composite carbon case design allows easy mounting in tight locations (great for gauge pods)." I will do whatever is necessary to hide the wires. I've never done a pillar gauge install so I can't say for sure. I envisioned these mounting to the oem pillar plastic with that heavy duty 3m double sided tape. You are the expert though so I will follow your lead on whatever makes it look the best.
