I still like how they say "I live my life a quarter mile at a time", and the race lasts 5 minutes, thats the longest quarter mile I have ever seen....

Sorry, I didn't mean to knock the movies if you guys like 'em.  I felt like they were aimed toward teenagers and didn't realize there were adults that liked 'em.  Not my thing but at least they're about fast cars (even if they are not very manly cars for the most part).

So wheelstanding 70 Chevelle 71 Camaro and a 69 Charger aren't manly?  I think you might want to rethink that one, and that green Chevy truck was just cool.  I will be there opening night, you should see the parking lot at the theater,  cool rides everywhere ;D

Yes they are, but they weren't the focus of the movie (I've only seen the first one).  Again, sorry and hope you enjoy it!

I was interested when the first movie came out and saw it on dvd. I ended up shutting it off when I couldn't take it anymore. Vin Diesel trying to be a tough guy, Something about "Oh man I blew the rivets out of my manifolds again" just made the cheese start to ooze out of my TV. I recently caught one of the sequals (not sure how many there are) on TV and watched most of it. I still wasn't impressed but I thought it was better than the first one. A couple cool cars can't make a movie good imo but I suppose if they had someone who knew anything about cars help write the script it would have been more tolerable. That and if they had one of our trucks pulverize a skyline I would have been all eyes.

Got to love Vin Diesel. Fast and Furious Franchise is alright but.... it's been hung upside down by its toe nails, smacked in the face, and beaten up with a mace :P. Kinda getting old. Won't lie though. It should be good.

Yea no offense as I am obviously an avid truck lover, but I dont see a c10 outrunning an AWD 400HP car.....:(
