so i have a 1984 chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 that had 6.2, i swaped the blown diesel and bought a new chevy zz4 350 crate motor that i just dropped in today. i installed a brand new gm flywheel, a brand new hayes super truck clutch kit, a new gm roller pilot bushing, and a the new throwout bearing that came with the clutch kit. so i went to put the tranny back in after i dropped the motor in and i cannot get the tranny in all the way... i can get it within 1 1/2 inches to the bell housing and cannot get it to slide all the way together. is there something iam doing wrong here? the pilot bushing had a rounded edge on it so i put that edge towards the input shaft thinking it will aid it going together. i was using a floor jack and will be getting a tranny jack and hope this will help enough to get it together... any ideas here or any of you had this problem before? i fought this thing for a couple hours today and gave up
