truck pulls to the right goin down road.

ok guys my truck has always done this somewhat (pulling to the right goin down the road) but its a little worse now with the 6 inch lift and 38.5 inch tires. previously had four inch lift with 36 inch tires. any ideas whats causing this and y

     Start with what Irish said, if not then move to suspension lift.  I know it sounds out of place, but if you do not align the suspension when you install it and get both axles straight, it will make it travel down the road sideways.  But like always, start with the easiest things first.

well i kinda wondered about th brakes bein the cause. i`ll check it out here soon. and if i can ask what do ya mean exactly by aligning the suspension?

You replaced your brake lines, right? Go bleed them again.

Your axles can be off a little. Measure tube to tube (f to r) at each side (l and r), and diagonally.

yes i extended the brake lines and bled them gottem workin real good. and the axles i dnt know if theyre outta alignemnt or not i havent had a chance to check yet

i hear ya there but whats to align at the alignment shop the last time they didnt help it they jus adjusted the tierod and said thats all they can do.... ??? ??? ???

So find a shop that actually knows how to do an alignment. Don't go to town fair tire etc

A proper alignment will reveal if there are any issues by taking into consideration SAI, Set Back, caster, camber, toe, toe out on turns, Thrust angle etc. Knowing those measurements you can easily determine what the problem is. Say the steering arm or knuckle is bent. Do you think you will have correct toe out on turns? Of course not so an alignment is key.

i agree that a proper alignment check will find problems. but what i dnt understand is how they adjust anything on a solid straight axle ???

If you find everything is in spec you set the toe and the steer ahead. Unless you install eccentric ball joints that's about all you can adjust.
