Did a lot a sanding a priming today. This was the first coat of primer. I've sanded and added a couple of other shots of high fill primer.
I am putting a wastegasted 12cm housing on my H1C. I hope it clears the heater box and ac unit.

It will be nice to see it completed, especially seeing it all tore apart the steps you went through.

The engine is back in and I had to heavily modify the exhaust manifold or lose the wastegate. I wanted to keep it in case I have any surge issues.

A little update. Went a different route with the turbo. He341. I did get the latches. Don't have them on yet.
4 in exhaust. That is a separate pump for the intercooler from a mustang. I am running a tranny cooler and a dirt bike radiator for the intercooler. Electric fan from a taurus.

I only have 4 inches of space between the inlet of my turbo and the oil filter. Instead of coughing up 200 bucks for an remote oil kit. I am building this out of fiberglass. I made it as wide as I can to keep it free flowing. I started with a 4 in drainage pipe and it like this.
Used my wife's hot glue gun. Started shaping this floral foam. She went and got it for me a local hobby shop.
This stuff will mold into anything you want with a dremel and a high speed disc sander.
Started laying fiberglass over the foam.
