Thanks ..for grease ideas

Does anyone have a diagram of how the np203 transfer case shifter should be put back together?  There has been one posted on here and it is ok but I would like more details to it. I have looked every where and came find anything on how the shifter asm box or whatever it's called goes back together.

The gage pin should be run through the shift paddles before you adjust the linkage.  It doesn't stay there.

I have a paper copy of my service manual and its not much help.  I don't need to adjust linkage.  Just took apart to clean because it was full of mod.  But I wasn't sure if all the plates sat flat or if there was some angling and if that pin only went through the 2 shifter plates or all the way down to the hook

I put it back together but the skinner of the two arms hardly moves.. the little one moves from front to back no issue.. is the longer one supposed to move much or not ?
