The OEM terminals were Packard (now Delphi) Type 5 board edge terminals, carrying GM P/N 12004542, which superseded to 12040500. At one time the OEM terminals were readily available, but have since been discontinued. There are no aftermarket retail substitutes or suppliers for small quantities. Delphi still lists the 12040500 as available via minimum special orders of something like 2,500 pieces, give or take. So, unless you find a local source with some ancient remaining stock (or have a wad of uneeded cash and don't mind having 2,482 pieces left over), a used pigtail maybe your only option.
