Whats happenin' people? My name is Brent, I'm 35, married and have 3 daughters. I'm originally from Manchester New Hampshire but moved to the Hampton Roads area in Virginia 5 years ago, lived in Virginia Beach for a year (way too crowded) and now currently living in Portsmouth, VA. For work I have been a sheet metal mechanic doing commercial and residential HVAC for 10 years now. I own a '04 Chevy Monte Carlo LS and a '77 Chevy C10 which is in the process of being rebuilt.

Im Billy. I am from southwest Minnesota but I am currently stationed at Fort Hood, TX. I have been in the army for just over 2 years and I have just over 2 years to go. I am married and have two boys (5 and 2). I have a 79 K10 back home that is a project for me and my oldest when we get back up there. I am looking at getting another K10 as soon as I either sell my Jeep or get taxes back. I would love to find someone in the area to wrench with as i dont have a garage(on post housing). feel free to find me on facebook at Billy Johnson. picture is of my oldest with his trophy. or email at  johnson-billy@hotmail.com, and put chevyobsession in the title so I know its not a scammer or a virus.

Hello all,
My name is Jacky, 31 years old, and despite the spelling I am a male...Originally, from a small town called Stonyford in Northern California, but am now stationed in Jacksonville, Ar, just north of Little Rock where I fly C-130s.  Married with 3 kids--2 boys and a girl.  Enjoy spending time with the kids, gardening, and sitting on my porch drinkin a beer with nothing to do.

IMy truck is a 77 C10 Stepside, 2WD, with a 350.  Previous owner lowered the truck 3-4" and I like the lowrider look.  Other than that, the only mod is an Edelbrock intake...planning on a matching edelbrock carb, and Dakota Digital dash when I get home in April '12.  Looking forward to absorbing/sharing as much knowledge about this square-bodies as possible.

Hi Everyone,
I'm Rob, I'm a tattooist from Cleveland, Ohio.  My wife, a body piercing specialist,  has an '82 Chevy C20 Custom Deluxe with a 350 4bbl.  I bought it for her to replace her first car which i killed, a '94 Cavalier that she drove for 16 years.  We saw the truck, she fell in love, and for $500 i couldn't say no.  It's our new project, and I'm here to enjoy all the helpful tech info.

My name is Jessie. I live in TN. Married (20 Years), 4 kids, 2 Grand Kids, Daughters are: Ashley 24, Jesseca 18, Sons are: Hunter 16, Matthew 13, Grandkids are: Romeo 4 & Reyna 2. Just recently traded a 1992 GMC 1500 Ext cab for a 1986 C10 for my oldest son. He fell in love with it when he first saw it so I had to get it for him. We plan to restore this truck together as a father/son project. I also plan to buy another one (Not necessarily the same year but same body style) so we can have matching trucks (thats the plan anyway).

Hi, Im Brent.  I live in El Dorado, KS.  42 years old, single, and have a son in college.  Have a 74 GMC  that I haven't really started to do much to yet, but lots of future plans for it.  Just waiting on the room to work on it.  Also starting to buy and rebuild old cars and trucks along with a buddy from work to resell to people that will appreciate them.  Think Gas Monkey on a restricted budget. Lol

Hello all!  Name is Braden.  I'm a male, 28 and originally from Ohio but have lived in Wilmington, NC for the past 5 years or so.  I work as a private security contractor overseas so I spend a lot of time away from home.  I'm not married but have been with my girl for almost two years and we have 2 dogs (purebred doberman and purebred Rottweiler) that are basically my children.  I own a 2009 BMW M3 6spd with leather interior.  2 dogs and leather do not mix well so earlier this March I picked up my 1977 C10 Chevy Scottsdale.  I found it on Craigslist for sale and initially brought it home as a daily driver/dog hauler to save my leather in my car.  Since then it has become my main focus.  They body has been completely restored and painted, a lot of replacement parts have been added, and it is currently in the shop getting some engine work done.  I can do a full post on it once I get more info, the seller only was able to tell me that it has a 350 out of a different vehicle and there has been some work done to it ie a roller rocker cam, rocker arm setup, exhaust and headers.  That was pretty much all I got out of him, but the price was right so I jumped on it.  I'm learning as I go so I fully intend on picking a lot of your brains on here in the coming months!  I also have an 09 CBR600RR that I seldom ride because I am away from home so much.  I'll get a few photos up on here as well and if anyone has any questions or input feel free to give me a shout.  Glad to be a new member!
