You're probably talking around $650 bucks labor plus materials + tax just to do the rockers and cab corners without paint. Best bet though is to go get quotes.

Hay thanks... Hotrod24.... For that tip !!!!! I think i might try it But i could not tell if he overlaped the new cab corner over the old one or cut the old one off and welded the seam and spot welded in the holes.

You can do it!! If you were quoted 2500 dollars, that would buy you a small welder, tools and patch panels and still have 1500 dollars left over. My truck is a daily driver and if I started on one day it would need to be driveable the next. It sounds like a fairly simple job but I've heard it's not.
