Hey people.
Today i went out n bought ALL my paint,, my paint bill was 580.00 So i`m around 8-900 in paint supplies.. But the truck is all 1 color right now(primer) But the great news is the guy is happy and is gonna finish scuff sanding the inside of the doors since he seam sealed the doors and is going to paint the cab jambs, firewall and inside as well as the inside of the doors today in the blue i picked out..Let me tell you this is a great moment as its the 1st time since 2006 the truck has been in 1 color and since 2001 it will see paint of a different color other then black... I gave the another deposit on money so i owe him alittle bit left but he knows it wont happen till i see the truck in my garage with all the parts that i gave him with the truck. Also i had a exhaust fan installed this week since it gets wicked hot in there and makes it very uncomfortable to be in there. But he said this saturday were gonna install the motor and tranny so that will be a swett sight to see as well and i may have all my big block parts sold as well... So i may just sell the engine stand as well since it will be not needed anymore...

thanks
pat

Went to go drop off my door hinges today and i brought my camera.. I thought i take a few snapshots of the truck.. But there are a few areas i wanted him to repair before he brought it back to me so i can set the motor and tranny in.(yep were gonna do this). But all i know is this color looks wicked...

Looks great. One thing though, You should not have your engine supported like you do under the balancer.

The truck looks great. All of Your hard work is paying off.
I think I'd hang on to the engine stand, you never know when you may need it again.
