fiberglassing questions?

ok so i'm wanting a nice fiberglass console for my truck and the quote i just got for what im wanting was $1500!!!! so i'm gonna take a shot at it myself!!!.... only problem is i've never worked with fiberglass! there for i have alot of questions!... a DETAILED step by step how to would be nice if anyone can help me or at least post up some links that can get me where i need to be! pictures arent a must but they would really be nice! the framework wont really be a problem its since i used to do some cabinet work and other custom finish carpentry. i will covering it in ultraleather instead of painting so it doesnt have to be "perfect" just close to it lol!

yeah jimmy's definately one of the best but he sure is high!... guess ya get what ya pay for!... i'll just try it on my own and if i'm not satisfied i'll pony up and let him have at it!

i'll try is myself first and i should be out like $250 at the most.... i like the t-shirt method and the foam..... where can i get some foam similar to that w/o payin a arm and leg!

giver a try, i never worked with fiberglass until i built my kick pods and dash for a double din. its fairly straight forward project plus like you said, if you dont like it your only out a few bucks.  its a bit messy so buy a box of latex gloves or your spiderman skills will be impressive
