i just bought some brand new 37/14.00/15 iroks. i have a 8 inch lift and a 12 bolt in the rear and a danna 44 in the front both with lockers now will i have any problems with these tires?

I guess you'll find out when you put them on....
If you have 8" lift I had 40"s with 9" lift

Should fit fine if you want a little more clearence you can add a body lift.

I run 37x12.50R17 MTRs on 4" of lift with Bushwhacker flares. Fit fine.
(note this truck was dismantled to put my crew cab together)

With that much rotating mass youl find out the week parts in the drivetrain.Most half ton drive train parts will hold up just fine until you push it to its limit's.Just food for thought.

would a 37 inch tire require bigger brakes or would the stock 1/2 tons work fine?

My 37s are a a 1 ton with rear disks swapped in.
I would upgrade brakes personally.
