Drive Shaft questions

Do you need to lengthen your drive shafts when putting lift kits?  and/or when do you need to put a spacer on the transfer case?

I have never lengthened a shaft for any lift under 4". If you start getting into 6" it when it is an issue. I usually put spacers in starting at 2' or 3" of lift. Just to help the shaft angle. I have read you don't need them until 4" or more.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
