I bought a 153 tooth flex plate for my 81 Blazer with a 350 for under $25 at Autozone.

Thanks,

Also, what direction do I need to go with a balancer?  6 3/4 or 8". FOR a 350 not 400

anyone????

You need to give some more information. What year is your truck. What year is the engine? Is it a one or two piece rear main seal?

The engine is a two piece rear seal 350. I haven't bought pullies or anything yet.
