Here's the mounting sleeve to the right of the radio.

New in the box, it's probably on the HU right now.  It slides off and you mount it in the dash, the the radio will slide into it and lock in.  I painted a black band on the front outer, in case installation didn't go just right.  If it's not just right, some of the sleeve could show, and looks much better black instead of gray.

I got bored today and Installed my trans cooler.  It's a B&M Supercooler 70255.

Here's where I started

All finished.  NOTE: The grommets in the bulkhead did NOT come with the kit; I had them laying around the garage.

Overall Shot of the cooler and new black paint

I got my rear speaker boxes built today.  6.5" speakers they will go in the rear cab corner on the floor facing up.

I like them facing up rather that aiming into the side of the seat.  It gives a lot better sound staging without having to set the fader way to the rear.

finally put the tach in today.  The column moves where it's mounted when changing gears, so it's set to be aimed right in Drive.

Thanks fellas!

My toolbox is a betterbuilt.  I don't know what model, It came on my old '87 when I bought it.

Dnstclr:  I was so pissed off i couldn't see straight when it got wrecked, but now it's turned out pretty good in the end and even a few people have said I should have wrecked it sooner... ;D

That truck is a diamond!
And I really like the close to stock style, the color, wheels and interior! I wouldn't put on any wheel spacers, I think it looks perfect.
