Is this in response to my post?
I was stating any bigblock
I
ever built needed 3" exhaust. I wasn't saying 2.5" is inadeqaute if that's how you read it. My suggestion was anything over 450HP I would run 3"

Thanks, from this i can surmise that 2.5" is all i will need. I don't plan on going hog wild with the power due to today's gas prices. I would, but i like to actually be get to
drive
my truck lol. Chris, do you have any idea of the typical shipping charges on the x pipe that you sell? If it helps, my zip is 76031. Also, i had another question. Is it ok to post up and talk about products that are not sold by this site? I saw this post
"oh ok thanks. i think im going to go with the turbo true dual kit from the
(The next person that post this gets BANNED!-admin)
magazine. its a good price and i have heard good things about them."

Is is about $65 to ship it.
You can talk about any manufacturer you want ie Dynomax, flowmaster, etc. I will reply to your PM about the above. Where did you find that post?

The base kit doesn't come with mufflers, the ones that do come with it are made by the same company, Pypes Exhaust, they are $50 extra for any version you chose
This is the page in the catalog for it:

Capt, if you were to choose a pair of headers that were most compatible with the system you sell, what would those be?

Whichever ones mate up best to the system you sell and the downtubes. It kinda looks like the system was prototyped more for shorties than for full-length headers?

They were pro-typed for generic long tubes and a long bed truck (you cut it to fit a SWB).
If I was lowered with a SBC, I might try some 67-81 Camaro Headman Elite 1 5/8" headers.
