If you earned the punishment, be a man and accept the consequences for what you have done instead of looking for a loophole to get out of it. Whatever you do, don't drive while your license is suspended.and Happy Birthday
Wow. I almost got a felont speeding ticket at 17mph over. 62 in a 45 trying to avoid a red light flash ticket. I down shifted and sped up to make the light. But I guess my truck is too fast, it jumped 12mph through the intersection and I got a speeding ticket instead of a red light ticket. Which is why I lost my license.

We have those Red Flex cameras all over town now, but hardly anyone pays the fines because they go against the states Constitution which says you have the right to face your accuser in court. It's a civil fine. not a criminal fine. It's a money maker for the city when someone pays. When you don't pay, they send you a nasty letter and then that's that.
i'm not trying to sound uppity or like i am a pedestal...BUT maybe i am wrong. i try my best to stop when the light turns yellow. something about accidents and wrecking my vehicles. and i was free to run 113 mph at the drag strip any time i wanted. and it was legal too! let me just leave this idea with you...i work at a tissue bank. in simple english we cut up dead people and harvest bone/skin/tendons/misc. it would be fair to say at least 95% of donors under 25 are motor vehicle accidents. maybe you'll be a little more careful?
