i have some holes where some one put a gun rack up and  i want to know how to fix them they stick out a little bit so i guess i would have to grind them with something maybe a dremel but i do not know

...Why not just put another gun rack in it...every 4x4 chevy needs a gun rack..

take the round end of a ball-peen hammer and use it to tap the high spots down. then you can use alittle body filler or even weld the holes closed. sand or grind smooth, paint and your done.

someone put one of those cab visor things on my cab. that's what i did to fix the holes. tap them below the surface a bit, almost like a tiny dent. it will be easier to hide them which ever way you decide to fill the holes.

hey i found a leak on my rear sliding glass window i might switch to original but i do not know

does anybody have any pics of this area of there head liner it is the back window and i was wonder how a head liner look like with out the factory molding some trucks came out with know head liner and mine does not have one so i wanted to see a head liner like that

Hotrod, The headliner angles down to just above the rear window, I don't think it would look real good just left without the moldings. Maybe you could search a salvage yard for the trim parts? They seem to stay in fairly good shape after many years. You would also have to come up with some way of holding the headliner up due to the original was held up by the trim. Lorne

well i do not know if it would look good with a head liner with molding or with out the molding as haulin it said it would not look very good with out the molding

i think a have made up my mine i am going with the molding it would look better i just do not know what year to get because of my truck having different parts the molding i mean

Think the moulding was all the same. If not, it will all fit well anyway. I have 2 complete black sets, one from a 75 and another from an 84, both the same. Check back with me in a couple of months after I put 1 set in, I should have another set left over. Just can't get rid of either yet.

ok that would be good i thank my cab is a 74 so that 75 molding would probably work
