yea it latched good before i took the fender off i would say to the left thay are off what is that best way to fix it

blazin you just tell me what to do and i will do it but to save you time i still have to get a passenger fender so it would be best to get it first and  then fix the hood

It appears that the hood was bolted back on wrong...did you get the bolts back in the same position where they came out?  I would start by loosening the all of the hood bolts and move the right side forward and the left side back.  That should get you close.

yea i looked at the fender that i took off and put it in the same place but that did not help

Take some close up pics of the hood hinges where they are bolted to the hood.

If you took all the fixings out and pushed the fender up does it line up? if it does the re-drill the holes and bolt up  ;)

I would try to slide the right side forward, & the left side back if it will go anymore.
 Looks like your left hood hinge needs to drop down on the fender too.

loosen the bolts on the passenger side and slide the hood forward and see what that does for you.

was there any differences on the 73-80 fenders on the inside i know what i have read and yall have told me but i looked at my old fender and my new one and thay are different at the top i think this is the problem

I can't really tell from the pics, but it appears you need to shift the core support over if the gaps at the back are ok and the fronts are off...

its fine on the back but the front that is as close as it will go to the radiator support
